Our barrel-aged beer program has cemented Hawkers Melbourne brewery as a leader in the field, with our award-winning barrel-aged beers utilising sought-after barrels from around the world including ex-bourbon, cognac, rum, maple and apple brandy barrels. These barrels infuse stouts, white stouts and barleywines with unique flavours, while they age.
