FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We get asked some questions a lot, so here are some answers to some of the most common questions. Always keep in mind, some of these answers will change over time.

 

Shop FAQ

Q. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

A. No, you don’t have to create an account in order to place orders on our store. However, if you create an account with us this would make your check out easier if you are planning on being a repeat customer. Your Billing and Shipping address will be saved onto your account with your preferred contact details (email and contact number). You can also track your order history on your account.

Q. Can I change my order once I have placed it?

A. Unfortunately, we don’t have the option of modifying the order after it has been finalised. Please ensure you have reviewed your order before finalising it.

Other FAQ

Q. We would like to distribute your beer in [COUNTRY] can we buy a pallet or two.

A. Sadly we just are not in the position to export markets right now. We just don’t have the resources to properly service new markets. If you have specific ideas or plans, we would be happy to entertain them, but please keep in mind you will have to carry the burden in the short term. Contact us at beer@hawkers.beer with as much detail as possible.

Q. I have an Instagram account with [X] amount of followers, would you like to send me some free beer to review?

A. As much as we love instagram and social media, we do not buy in to this idea of social influencers. We get it, it's just that it’s not us. So if you would like to review our beers, your best chance to find them and buy a few.

Q. Do you have a Tap Room?

A. Sadly we have been so busy since we started up that we have not been able to build one out. We are however working on building one out now. Watch this space. We do however have a little cellar door that is open for take aways.

 

Q. Do you do brewery tours?

 A. It just isn't feasible to do a tour currently, but if you come to buy some cans, bottles, or merch from the cellar door and one of our team is free, we can give you a quick peek.

 

Q. We sent you a message on [CHOOSE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM] but you haven't responded?

A. As much as we try to keep a handle on all of the inbound traffic, it is difficult. There are so many channels now that we simply can not answer everyone all of the time and in a timely manner. We are a very small team and we also have some beer to brew. So if you have not received an answer from us, please do try again and it is probably best via email.
