A Year of Firsts: Four years into our Four Seasons series, the brief for 2026 is simple: every release has to be something Hawkers has never attempted before. Autumn arrived as a big, sticky, citrusy Wet-Hopped Double West Coast IPA. Winter was our first ever hazy and red IPA hybrid, at 9.0%. Spring is our first Quadruple IPA, a 12.5% West Coast-style beer hopped with Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin, Southern Cross and Cascade Cryo.
