We're starting a new journey into seasonality—same parent style, same ingredients, unique expressions brewed to fit every change of the season. It's no secret that seasonal beers are nothing new, however we love a challenge, and we're excited to see what we can do with a single set of ingredients.

This once great beer, which played a major role in the craft beer revolution, has been overlooked in favour of a new generation of similarly named beers all based and inspired by its rich history. Experimentation with Terroir - An Origin Story
Everyone loves an origin story, which in this case is both relevant to the birth of our new Experimental Series as well as the origin(s) of the hops that we used to kick it all off. Terroir is a French term that refers to the specific geographical and environmental characteristics, such as soil, climate, topography, and even cultural practices, that give a certain food or drink its unique flavour and qualities. Let's start there.
