Smoked figs from the Shouman family gardens were added to the barrel and after a secondary fermentation, the beer was then blended with some maple, to create a subtle, dessert-like imperial stout. Light maple, smoke, vanilla, and oak flavours merge together to create this stout of epic proportions.
