Märzen is a lager commonly associated with Oktoberfest (sometimes also dubbed Festbier or Oktoberfestbier). It’s a full-bodied style with prominent malt presence with a finely-tuned balance between sessionability and heft. In the spirit of festivities, don the lederhosen and dust off the stein. It’s time for a bier!

Kellerbier is a style that goes way back, originating in Franconia (south-central Germany) where the beer was brewed, casked, then stored to ferment and develop in caves (cellars) which had reliably stable temperatures. It’s a sessionable lager with a lean body, gentle hop presence, and keen disposition for good times. There’s a party in the basement, and you’re invited! - 400g Hagens Organics House-Made Frankurts
Our Frankfurts are made by our own in-house small goods team, using delicious regenerative pork, sourced locally from McIvor Farm. The perfect mix of pork meat, fat and Hagen's curated spice mix. Nitrate Free, nothing nasty, no synthetic preservatives and no mystery additives - just real ingredients. - 200g Acide Deli Mustard
Soft sliced rye bread, pastrami, sauerkraut, pickles, smothered with our deli style mustard is the stuff dreams are made of. Deli style is also known as spicy brown for its ability to bring cold cuts to life. Serve a dollop on your next charcuterie board or mix brown sugar and a splash of vinegar for the best rib glaze you’ve ever tasted. - 500g Acide Caraway Kraut
Our caraway kraut is a lacto-fermented cabbage dish that is made by combining shredded cabbage with caraway seeds and salt, and then allowing the mixture to naturally wild ferment for 21 days. Caraway seeds add a sweet and nutty taste balancing out the sourness of the fermented cabbage.
