Fourth in the line of Saint Hildegard successors is a modern take on an older German style. It’s the first time the series has produced a sour, showcasing the tart, slightly saline characteristics of a gose paired with the intense tropical jams of the passionfruit. Our ongoing Saint Hildegard series is a celebration of women in the industry, developed and brewed by our very own.
