We’re putting our heads together once again with LA’s Three Weavers, this time imperialising the original Rye West Coast IPA collaboration titled ‘Jacki’. A significant portion of rye gives the malt profile a healthy level of spice while copious amounts of American and Australian hops tip the balance back to West Coast levels of bitterness and flavour. Here’s to an Australian icon.
