Le Fruit

Derived from the French word for ‘season’, saison (aka Farmhouse Ale) originated in Wallonia, the French-speaking part of Belgium, often brewed by and for farmers. Le Fruit (or, “The Fruit” in English, in case you were about to reach for your translate app) is a saison we’ve brewed with a metric truckload of blackberries (”un camion métrique de mûres”, according to the internet), giving it a rich red colour and plenty of bright zip to contrast the style’s characteristic spicy phenolics.
