Inspired by the flavours of the Middle East, Open Sesame is an IPA that intermingles a modern beer style with a gentle dose of Za’atar, creating a tapestry of vibrant hops and subtle herbaceousness. Simcoe, Citra, and Cascade deliver a floral, citrusy backdrop while an ancient blend of herbs and spices provide complexity with a hint of salinity for extra body.
