Spitfire

There’s something to be said for the fine balancing act of rounded red malts and charismatic hops. Spitfire is an Imperial Red IPA with that very balance in mind, building an earthy aromatic profile lead by English hops on top
of a malt body characterised by toffee, caramel, and hints of toasty malt. American and Australian hops add subtle citrus and fruit character, offering up a luxury ride to flavourtown.
