The Forgotten Casks

This collaboration between Carwyn Cellars and Hawkers is the legacy of once-forgotten casks that previously held Sullivans Cove Tasmanian Single Malt Whiskey for 17 years. Aged for 17 months in freshly emptied barrels, it’s a massive stout - rich and velvety with bold body showing off raisins, stewed fruit and aromas of fine whisky.
