It’s nigh impossible to find a better match to the warming depths of an imperial stout than the euphoric roastiness of fresh coffee. In addition to a 9+ month long nap in ex-whisky barrels, we’ve added in artisanal cold brew coffee to deliver an absurdly exquisite stout that would be as suitable for a weekend brunch as it would for a nightcap. Whisky, coffee, and stout—what a trio.
