Four Seasons is an ongoing project that evolves year on year, defined by a four-part series of seasonal releases that each express the time of year. 2026 is a year of ‘firsts’, every release to feature something that’s never been attempted at Hawkers.

We’ve done hazies, and we’ve done red IPAs, but our Winter Release marks the first time we’ve ever attempted to hybridise the two, let alone at the hefty ABV of 9.0%. This should keep the winter chill at bay!

Four Seasons: Winter 2026 is a Hazy Double Red IPA. This limited release combines the rich malt character of a Red IPA with the bold hop intensity and elevated strength of a Double IPA, all wrapped up in a soft, hazy finish.

Expect layers of caramel malt, ripe citrus, pine and tropical fruit, balanced by a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel. The rich malt backbone supports an assertive hop profile, delivering plenty of flavour without sacrificing drinkability.

Four Seasons Winter 2026 is the second release in Hawkers' Four Seasons series, an annual project that explores new brewing techniques and styles through seasonal releases. This winter edition combines the malt-driven character of a Double Red IPA with the bright hop profile of a Double Hazy IPA, creating a beer that balances tropical fruit aromatics with rich malt complexity.

Expect layers of stonefruit, tropical fruit and hop character supported by a full-bodied malt backbone. The result is a beer that brings together the best elements of two styles that rarely cross paths, delivering depth, warmth and drinkability in equal measure.
