Sometimes, just because you can definitely does mean you should. Within this can is an example of when ‘why not?’ pans out. Is it puckeringly sour? Yes. Did we add a heap of yuzu and pear juice? Also yes. Is it a hulkish 7.2% ABV? You know it. We could have stopped there, but did we then dry hop it with high tech Citra hop oils for that extra bit of flare? Definitely.
