Party Like It's Nine

As the brewery celebrates the ninth anniversary of producing some of the best beers an honest Aussie can get their hands on, the time was appropriate to make something as ridiculous as the notion that we’ve been at this for NINE years already.

A dual-barrel-aged (Willett Bourbon + Willett Rye) imperial birthday stout with vanilla, cherry, cacao, and lactose sounded like a perfect fit for the occasion. Parties weren’t meant to last, but you’ll wish this beer never ended.
