Saint Hildegard Cold IPA

Our ongoing Saint Hildegard label is a celebration of women
in the industry, promoting diversity and inclusion in brewing. The fifth iteration of the series comes in the form of a Cold IPA, fermented at low temperatures to ensure a clean, unintrusive yeast profile. Calypso and Rakau hops add lush, crisp aromatics of apple, mango, pear, melon, stonefruit, and citrus.
