One Recipe, Four Seasons: 2023 is where our Four Seasons series first began. For our first Four Seasons series, we set ourselves a challenge: four distinct IPAs released over 12 months, using the same malts and hops every time and changing only the ratios and brewing techniques. The hops were Citra, Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin and Cascade. Autumn kicked off as a 6.0% Red IPA with warming malt and crisp bitterness, Winter brightened the grey days with a 10% Triple West Coast IPA, Spring turned bright and aromatic as an 8% Double Hazy, and Summer closed the year with a classic 6.0% West Coast IPA.
