A Love Letter to Westy: For our Four Seasons series in 2025 we turned the spotlight on our old reliable West Coast IPA. Each season featured one of Westy’s four hops (Southern Cross, Simcoe, Mosaic and Krush), paired with a style to suit both the hop and the time of year. Autumn was a 9.0% Double Red IPA starring Simcoe, with pine, citrus and a lush caramel malt profile. Winter was a Foreign Extra Stout featuring Southern Cross, with citrus and tropical fruit over rich, roasty malt. Spring was a 9.0% Double West Coast generously hopped with Krush for citrus, bramble and stone fruit. Summer closed the year as a juicy Double IPA loaded with multiple formats of Mosaic.
