Hawkers heads off to the USA for the Craft Brewers Conference in Minneapolis, MN! Before hitting the conference, we made a couple of pit stops on NYC and Chicago. Regrets were not had.

Earlier than Adam Avery, founder of Avery Brewing Co was expecting, we explored this amazing brewery on our own, looking over catwalks at the day to day operations of a large brewery.

Our last night in Boston was filled with discussion over what these amazing brewers of New England are achieving, with totally different business models than Australian breweries, and a lobster.

Much driving, a trip to an inspiring Maine Brewing Company, and some lobster… Time for bed.
